Our Story

Born in our own home kitchens, Hudson Mayfair is a community of culinary artists and foodies. We began cooking for private dinners, events and now Hudson Kitchen is a development kitchen for all our hospitality properties including hotels, resorts and restaurants. We hire employees and work with partners from all walks of life and backgrounds. We are a community driven organization that focuses on inclusion. We specialize in local ingredients with inspirations from Middle Eastern, Asian, French, Spanish and Italian dishes. Chef Behzad Jamshidi, most recent endeavor, Moosh, is an upscale and community driven culinary program based out of New York City. With a recent expansion to Los Angeles and contracts worldwide, Moosh has become a leader in hospitality. Before founding Moosh, Behzad was with the award-winning Gabriel Kreuther in New York City. Being mentored in the kitchens of Michelin-starred and world-renowned chefs, Jamshidi came by way of a multitude of perspectives which encouraged him to honor his Persian heritage through his culinary work.
