Born in our own home kitchens, Hudson Mayfair is a community of culinary artists and foodies. We began cooking for private dinners, events and now Hudson Kitchen is a development kitchen for all our hospitality properties including hotels, resorts and restaurants. We hire employees and work with partners from all walks of life and backgrounds. We are a community driven organization that focuses on inclusion. We specialize in local ingredients with inspirations from Middle Eastern, Asian, French, Spanish and Italian dishes.
